We’ve been big fans of slab bacon here at Bacn.com and we’re excited about expanding our slab bacon offerings.
The Bac’n crew was in full force at a friends third annual “SausageFest” (no, its not that kind of sausage fest). We had a little corner of the kitchen to cook up some bacon and of course we couldn’t resist bringing the newly arrived slab bacon delights. We went with the 5 lb Hickory Smoked Pepper Slab. Talk about good.
You’ll become the ruler of your domain after you throw one of these slabs on your BBQ after slathering it up with your favorite sauce. Cook it slow-and-low and then sear the outside right at the end, slice and enjoy.

Also, check outhttp://baconcamp.pbwiki.com/. It's got a lot of great resources for our next event in San Francisco. It's going to be a little different format than MasterBacon, but great also.
Maybe it makes sense to wait until after March 21, and we'll have thrown two. THEN we can talk about what we've learned and get the bacon happening in Sydney.
