As if the title didn’t say enough. ZOMG. This is good bacon folks. Its something out of the ordinary that’s just so good its too hard to pass up. +++1 from me.

My favorite thing about this bacon is the sugar mojo. There’s something about getting that candied bacon thing. The key is low, low, low temps on cooking this up. You can get this fantastic salty-sweet contrast going with this bacon if you cook it up just right.

For pairings, I’m going to go with something like fresh fruits … pears, apples, etc (seriously). Or, you can cook it up and crumble it on a light, summery salad with pecans and vinaigrette dressing. Yeah; that would be good.

I’m surprised but I’ll say that this is my favorite of the Coastal Vineyards bacons and I’m glad I saved it for last. Hope you enjoy.
